Development, globalization, sustainability. New myths for the 21st century
Drubig critically assesses goals of the Agenda 21 (Rio de Janeiro) regarding their implementation. A conference in Germany (Bonn 1996) reports on difficulties of implementation on the local, communal level of ecological, developmental and other goals in the German public. Drubig discusses the state of affairs in different areas of Germany, experience and attempts to implement, the role of NGOs.
