Unruly cultures. Cultural studies as challenge
Cultural studies are analyzed as a medium, in which power and social inequality are being represented, and where different social groups express themselves, trying to keep and preserve their differences by processes of delimitation and distinction. Thus, culture becomes a polyphone, always contested and complex process of the construction of sociocultural meanings and identities.
