Nomads, strollers, vagabounds. Present-day forms of knowledge and styles of thought
In this book nomads, strollers, and vagabounds are treated as "personal metaphors of movement". On the one hand they are metaphors appearing in manifold variations and deductions in contemporary literature, and on the other hand they seem suitable to label real processes of living in modern societies in the beginning 21st century and seem to be symptomamtic. Thus, both facets of these metaphors refer to forms of knowledge and styles of thought.
